Cancellation Policy

At Love and Light Wellness, I understand that unexpected situations may arise. To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, I have the following cancellation policy in place:

  • Booking & Deposits: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your sound healing session or event. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.

  • Cancellations & Refunds:

    • If you cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled session, your deposit will be fully refunded.

    • If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, the deposit becomes non-refundable due to the preparation and time reserved for your experience.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours, I will do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
