love + light wellness

I am feeling extremely grateful this morning reflecting on the amazing love and light goddess retreat from last weekend. Jessie with her calm aura lead wonderful restorative and flow yoga. I had my first Reiki experience and beautiful guided meditation from Jamie. Awesome!  The farm to table home cooked food was amazing! I enjoyed the many activities including a sound Meditation, watercolor, self reflection, and all in such a beautiful scenic home.  You ladies have started something beautiful!  I can't wait to register for another event in the future. - Susan H.

I attended a wonderful Love and Light Wellness retreat! It was a beautiful event that included yoga, reiki, delicious food, sound meditation and provided the opportunity to connect with some amazing women! I look forward to attending more Love and Light Wellness retreats in the future and highly recommend attending a Love and Light event to learn about wellness, yourself, and meet some lovely people! - JB
